View storyThis was Ariel Ortega's real journey — from Panama to Asbury University. Not the only story, but it reflects the process we repeat with every family: evaluation, profile, outreach, offers, negotiation, and final decision.

Ariel's family contacted us on Instagram. In the initial call we reviewed his athletic level, GPA, English, family budget, and academic goals. From that first conversation we mapped a realistic route to find U.S. universities that could value his profile.
We built Ariel's full recruiting profile: highlight video, academic info, position, athletic experience, GPA, and key data to present him correctly to university coaches. Ariel also completed Duolingo as part of his international admission process.
Our team reached out to more than 50 university programs selected to match Ariel's profile. The goal was not mass-emailing without strategy — it was finding programs where his athletic level, GPA, and family budget could fit.
Ariel received more than 7 official offers throughout his process. Having multiple options was key — it allowed comparing costs, athletic level, location, division, academic program, and real growth potential within each school.
The final negotiation relied on two factors: Ariel's 3.9 GPA and his profile as a midfielder with competitive experience in Panama. Asbury had a sticker price of ~$50,000 USD/year — after the evaluation, the final offer reduced the family investment to approximately $15,000 USD per year all-in, a reduction of ~$35,000 USD per year.
Ariel committed to Asbury University, NCAA Division III, in Wilmore, Kentucky. The best final offer was Asbury, with an approximate 72% scholarship, leaving a family investment of ~$15,000 USD per year all-in.

The most common doubts we hear in every first meeting with parents — and the real answers we give.
How will I pay for a university in the United States?
What if my child doesn't get a scholarship?
Does my child need to speak perfect English?
What if they get injured while playing?
Will they be able to handle the academic demands?
Will they be alone, far from family?
Trusting your child's athletic future to an agency is a big decision. Here are the four pillars of how we work.
We explain every step before taking it. No surprises. No fine print. Everything in writing.
From first contact to the day your child steps on campus, and the 4 years that follow.

Being ranked top 3 in the nation in NAIA soccer is something I could not have imagined when I started this process. New Vision Sports helped me present my best self to the right coaches and find the program that fit me perfectly. Mid America Nazarene was the best decision I have made.

I never thought playing college soccer in the United States was something I could actually do. The New Vision Sports team was with me every step of the way, from building my recruiting profile to commitment day. Centenary College is exactly where I wanted to be.

Going through this process alongside my twin brother was something special. New Vision Sports placed us both at the same university, at the same time. Concordia welcomed us from day one and we are living the dream together.

Playing college soccer with Lucas was not something we planned, but NVS made it happen. The process was transparent, the communication was constant, and the result was better than we expected. Now we play on the same team every single day.

Missouri Valley College was at the top of my list, and New Vision Sports helped me get there. They guided me through every step of the admissions and recruiting process and I felt prepared for every conversation with the coaching staff. Could not have done it without them.

South Dakota School of Mines was not on my radar until the NVS team showed it to me. The combination of NCAA D2 competition, a strong academic program, and a solid scholarship made it an easy decision. They know exactly how to find the right fit.
